Polaroid 300

For x-mas I got the new polaroid 300 camera, and I had to try it out on the place santa put it!

The Prep

As a surprise to me, I didn't know I had some extra film in the old polaroid camera. So I took a flick on my lady getting ready to go out thru a window making it look kinda retro and old!

Cleaning thru some of my polaroids on my computer, i picked up 3 packs of film (thanks to the only place you can find polaroid film... EBAY) and hopefully take some more photos when I go on a road trip to chicago this summer!

Polaroid Show and Tell Gallery

Last month, i was part of a group show in LA to celebrate the ending of Polaroid film. Lets take a look...

There was alot more people here than just that...i was just too busy socializing to take alot of pictures, but you get the idea!

...and heres my wall setup. 36 polaroids all randomly thrown around like that...

during the show, we all carried around polaroid cameras. so heres some real photos...

It was a great time. I made some new friends that I hopefully do another show with in the future. so long live the polaroid camera!

I'm participating in an large polaroid show here in LA. you an check out the show at found gallery for details. so i gotta scan and cean up a huge amount of photos for a small book of the many polaroids i have taken. take a look as i brainstorm ideas for the show!!!

100th posting

so this is the 100th posting of art. i know i could of and should of hit that milestone along time ago, but no worries.
I just came back from comic con and its a strong motivator to push myself and keep designing. you dont realize how behind and unproductive you are until you see a whole room of amazing artists.

but anyway, here's a small handful of polaroids. some outtakes for fun.
speaking of polaroids... i am apart of a polaroid show in september, so i'll be busy walking around this weird town of LA looking for the perfect shots.
